This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join an RICS-regulated building surveying company. CC Ltd are a multi-disciplinary building surveying company who specialise in the sustainability of buildings and property marketing.
Based in our office in Stapleford in Nottingham, you will join our front-line customer service and business administration team, providing project, administrative and customer service support to Directors, Managerial and field staff. You will be a part of an award-winning company who deal with a high number of projects, working with local authorities nationwide, independent property developers, feeding into central government targets for Net Zero 2050 and supporting marketing services for estate agents and landlords.
Being one of the first points of contact for customers, clients, and field staff in an efficient, professional, and customer-focussed manner. You will also be expected to feed into the effective development and organisation of the designated administrative functions.

The role will include the following, but the balance of duties and responsibilities will be determined in discussion with your line manager:
- To act as the first point of contact for the Managing Director and Managerial and Field Staff and support to meet key deadlines and track key tasks to completion.
- Responding to a wide range of enquiries efficiently and with due care, diligence, and where necessary, confidentiality.
- Developing and maintaining excellent working relations with colleagues, and with customers and clients.
- Developing a working knowledge of services to provide a first-class customer experience and present a well-informed, professional, and unified company image.
- Assist with diary management of field staff, including booking appointments and updating travel arrangements in liaison with the administrative team.
- Providing effective reception duties including dealing with customer queries, either face to face, by telephone or in writing.
- Providing a signposting service and booking appointments for clients.
- Data entry and creating daily reports.
- Work collaboratively with the Technical Team, Marketing Team and Retrofit Team and along with other customer service colleagues, provide administrative support.
- To undertake other duties and projects for the Director as required in relation to the achievement of the Company’s mission.
**Qualifications and experience**:
- High level of experience in an administrative and customer facing role (essential)
- Excellent IT skills (essential)
- Strong digital capabilities (essential)
- GCSE English and Maths Grade C or above (essential)
- Knowledge of, or a demonstrable interest in the built environment, sustainability of buildings and property services (desirable).
- The ability to work and study (essential)
- Positive, Enthusiastic and Eagerness to learn (essential)
- Proactive, Ambition and Self-motivated (essential)
- Organised, punctual, and a team player (essential)
**NB**
The post-holder may be required to undertake any other duties which may reasonably be required as within the nature of the duties and responsibilities of the post as defined. Any changes of a permanent nature shall be incorporated into the job description in specific terms.
The post-holder must be able to commute easily to and from our office in Stapleford, Nottingham.
**Hours of Work**
Monday - Friday
1x Saturday per month

**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
