Food Supply Co-ordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Food Supply Coordinator to join our Food Supply team here at Harrods on an 18-months fixed term contract.

**About the Role**

We have 27 food outlets across our Knightsbridge store, each offering a unique experience for our customers: with 4 brand new restaurants having just opened in our Dining Hall we are expanding our Food Supply team to support the invoicing and delivery of ingredients into our Kitchens.

This role works closely with our Chefs, Buying and Retail teams to process orders, resolve trouble shipments and report on supplier performance.

You will be responsible for:

- Ensuring that all invoice queries are resolved accurately and within the agreed SLA, making sure any backlog is minimised and priority queries are dealt with swiftly.
- Supporting the Food Supply Planners in raising orders, such as POs, STOs, Ocado, customer orders and seasonal buys.
- Completing the relevant daily conversions by the agreed deadline, communicating any issues/shortages with the relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring that all trouble shipments are resolved within the agreed SLA and reporting at supplier level is provided back to the Supply Coordinators for supplier performance reporting.
- Guaranteeing that aged and unwanted POs and STOs are regularly reviewed and closed down, as well as supporting the Assistant Manager in updating TSLs and article master data.

**About You**

You will have previous Supply Chain experience, with sound expertise in order management. Whether you hail from a Hospitality or Retail background, you will have a good understanding of how kitchens work and will be able to adapt to the changing priorities that may occur.

You will have good PC literacy skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel - previous knowledge of SAP would be beneficial but is not mandatory.

You will also possess:
