**CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST**

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manage and process customer orders by working closely with our 3PL
- Responsible for resolving customer delivery claims working with the finance and commercial teams
- Proactively manage customer communications regarding shortages and order management
- Master data management for Tesco and OOH customers, ensuring new delivery points and products are set up at our 3PL
- Work effectively across the Ops / Supply team and be the “voice of the customer” in our Operations team.
- Build strong working relationships with Commercial team

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:

- Minimum 3+ years of relevant, recent, experience in UK Grocery customer supply Team, including (ideally) fresh food
- Experience of UK Grocer supplier portals (Tesco partners toolkit) would be an advantage
- Good understanding of “what matters” to UK Grocery supply teams
- Effective communication skills
- An eye for detail is essential
- Comprehensive understanding of Excel including pivot tables and power query.
- A good team player willing to step in and support other team members

TEAM STRUCTURE AND LOCATION

- Reports into: Head of Customer Supply & Logistics
- Location: Hammersmith
- Office-days: The working model is hybrid with an expectation of a strong office presence
- Weekends - Saturday mornings on a rota basis (Wednesday PM off in lieu)

START: IMMEDIATE
