Retail Assistant/Administrator - Branch based, Edinburgh

Are you looking to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment, with an immediate start?

Our client based in Edinburgh are seeking a Retail Assistant/Administrator to join their team on a full time basis. You will be providing support to the Branch Manager by providing top quality customer service.

**Duties**:

- Driving trade counter traffic
- Serving new and existing customers
- Picking and packing orders for external sales
- Accepting deliveries and comparing goods-in to delivery notes
- Updating the in-house database with delivery notes and updating customer records
- Completing regular inventory checks
- Merchandising retail spaces

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of the product range and features
- Computer literate - basic use of MS Outlook and Word
- Adaptability and flexibility with excellent organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
