Blaydon, United Kingdom Turner & Sipsoni Full time

_**Opportunity to have shares in a fast growing tech wholesale start-up company**_

**About Love Beer**

Love Beer is a fast-growing startup revolutionising the way the UK drinks, serves, and enjoys beer. As an online wholesalers we're building the future of beer logistics, fulfilment, and experience.

We're backed by a passionate team, strong supplier partnerships, and integrated tech infrastructure.

Now, we’re looking for a hands-on operations coordinator **(with company share options)** to help us grow.

**The Role**

As Operations & Fulfilment Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our logistics engine. Reporting directly to the Directors, you'll manage stock procurement, shipping logistics, warehouse flows, and fulfilment performance — while building toward a senior leadership position as the company grows.

This is a rare opportunity to join early, shape the future of a scaling brand, and **earn equity** in a high-potential business.

**Responsibilities**

**Procurement & Inventory**
- Order and manage stock from suppliers (e.g. breweries, packaging).
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels.

**Shipping & Fulfilment**
- Arrange inbound and outbound deliveries (parcels, kegs, pallets) via couriers like DX and UPS.
- Accept and inspect goods into the warehouse.
- Schedule and prepare shipping collections.

**Warehouse Ops**
- Oversee packing, labelling and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure packaging is compliant and well-presented.

**Systems & CRM**
- Maintain accurate stock and logistics data on our CRM/Fulfilment platforms.
- Track fulfilment KPIs and update management reports.

**Issue Resolution**
- Handle fulfilment-related queries from customers, couriers, and suppliers.
- Investigate and resolve delivery issues with urgency and professionalism.

**Strategic Growth & Continuous Improvement**

We’re looking for someone with the ambition to grow into a key operational leader, contributing not just to day-to-day logistics, but to the strategic direction of the business as we scale.
- **Process Optimisation**: Identify inefficiencies across logistics, warehousing, and fulfilment — and propose practical, scalable solutions.
- **Strategic Input**: Collaborate with senior leadership to shape systems, workflows, and infrastructure that support long-term growth.
- **Future Leadership**: This role is designed for someone ready to step up, take ownership, and grow into a senior position as Love Beer expands.

**Ownership & Growth**

This isn’t just a job — it’s a chance to **help shape a fast-growing tech-driven wholesale start-up**.
- **Equity Opportunity**: You'll have the chance to earn **shares in the business**, giving you real ownership in what we build together.
- **Career Progression**: We're growing quickly, and we want our team to grow with us — fast-tracked progression into senior roles is not just possible, it's expected.
- **Make Your Mark**: Your ideas won’t get buried. You’ll have a seat at the table and a voice in the direction we take as a company.

**Flexible Working**

We offer a **hybrid working setup** that balances hands-on operations with flexibility:

- **2-3 days per week** working from our warehouse (for stock management, packaging, and deliveries)
- **The rest from home** — managing systems, arranging shipments, and handling logistics remotely

We trust our team to manage their time and take ownership of their work.

**Ideal Background (but not essential)**

This role is perfect for a recent graduate or ambitious early-career professional with an interest in logistics, operations, or supply chain management. We're more interested in your mindset than your CV.

**Relevant qualifications might include**:

- Degree (or equivalent experience) in:

- Business Management
- Supply Chain & Logistics
- Operations Management
- Project Management
- Economics or Analytics

**Bonus if you have**:

- Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, or basic CRM tools.
- An understanding of how physical goods move from A to B (even from retail, university societies, events etc).
- A problem-solving mindset and love of organising things efficiently.

**No formal logistics experience is required** — full training will be provided. We're looking for someone smart, proactive, and ready to learn.

**What You’ll Get**
- Salary £24-36k depending on experience.
- Equity options in a fast-growing startup.
- Route into Operations Manager / Head of Ops role as we grow.
- Flexible/hybrid working options.
- A role where your work directly impacts the company’s growth.

Pay: £25,000.00-£34,750.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Performance bonus

**Benefits**:

- Company pension
- Free parking
- On-site parking

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Blaydon NE21 4NT
