**The Role**
As a General Administrator, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of Atlas Band Touring. This position is perfect for someone who will enjoy managing bookings, optimising logistics, and ensuring the seamless operation of our rental fleet. You'll work directly with customers, liaise with drivers, and manage vehicle servicing schedules.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Managing bookings, allocating vans, and optimising fleet use
- Keeping track of vehicle servicing, MOTs, and ensuring they're up to date
- Invoicing customers using Xero software
- Producing quarterly data reports on fleet performance
- Scheduling drivers for van deliveries
- Coordinating with valets and repair services as needed

**We're looking for someone who is**:

- Proficient with Excel and data analysis
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable speaking with customers and providing excellent service
- Experienced in either the music industry or vehicle rental (this would be a bonus, but not essential)
