Partnership Marketing & Activation Coordinator
CPS Group UK are delighted to be working with a leading media and entertainment brand who are seeking a Partnership Marketing & Activation Coordinator to play a critical role in assisting and supporting the EMEA Partner Marketing team as they plan and executemarketing campaigns across both existing strategic partners and new upcoming partners. The coordinator will be the key day-to-day support, ensuring both the team and partners alike have what they need to drive marketing, engagement and growth.
Key Duties
- Traffic assets and approvals for marketing promotional requests and partner campaigns
- Administrative duties including managing team meetings, compiling and circulating meeting notes
- Develop and assemble presentation materials, including partnership recaps, campaign summaries/learnings; opportunity to present and share ideas with wider team
- Work with EMEA team and local markets to support execution and delivery of partner campaigns
- Support with supplying regular communication on upcoming content drops and campaigns to enable long term planning
- Assist with creation of creative concepts and assets to help sell in our key titles
- Leading communications and proactively supporting with market leads/partners queries.
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrates an interest in all forms of marketing
- A desire to learn with a 'can do' attitude
- Experience in an office environment preferred but not essential
- Demonstrates experience of:

- Supporting a team
- Working to deadlines and managing multiple tasks
- Good Communication skills
