Job description:
**KEY REQUIREMENTS**

Join our Facilities Team, as a ‘Property Services Assistant & Procurement Co-ordinator’. This role is part time, working 15 hours a week, based at our DSV Harwich site.

The main purpose of the role is as follows:

- Assisting the planning and co-ordination of desk moves and offices moves
- Compiling First Aid Checks on a monthly basis and ordering supplies for First Aiders
- Maintenance of files, archiving where necessary and ensuring disposal by the correct date
- Reconciliation of EuroCard
- Managing invoices, authorising where necessary
- Point of contact for queries or issues within the Harwich site
- Liaising with our Security provider, and sending communication reminders to colleagues
- Point of contact for Cleaning Service Provider, and complete status checks every 6 weeks. Manage stock and orders for cleaning material on site.
- Liaise with the National Procurement Team regarding any DSV Group purchasing initiatives
- Controlling the Amex virtual credit card and CWT interventions where necessary
- Process orders of items such as branded stationary, furniture and uniforms. Managing stock levels.
