Salary : £19,500 + London travelcard zone 1-3

Ft2 Inventories are a vibrant, dynamic and professional inventory company. We conduct inventory check in & check out’s throughout London and take pride in producing the highest quality inventory reports. This level of attention to detail in all aspects of our service, means that we have relationships with Agents & Landlords that manage properties at the top end of the property market. Our highly motivated and professional team are now looking to expand the company further with the right individuals.

What we are looking for:

- We are looking for a professional individual who ideally has at least 2 years’ experience working as an inventory Clerk within the Industry
- The clerk should possess a strong understanding of the Inventory check in/ check out process and should be able to accurately assess liabilities on check out inspections.
- Preferably experienced in working with a Dictaphone/camera rather than a tablet-based approach
- A self-motivated and disciplined professional with exceptional attention to detail.
- Someone who has strong verbal and written abilities
- Excellent time management skills
- Someone who is always smartly presented
- Must have a high degree of English fluency, ideally English would be your first language.
- An ambitious individual who is looking for a career that can grow within the company and potentially take on more responsibility
- Good people skills and professional attitude
The Role:

- Prepare detailed inventory reports for Inventory check ins and check outs.
- Be able to travel across Central London on a daily basis to attend inspections
- You will be required to dictate notes and take photographs on site to compile your report
- Be present on behalf of an Agent/Landlord for a key collection/handover at the property
- Compile/check and finalise reports to meet our time frames.
- All of your administration work will be completed either from home or ‘on the move’ between inspections.
