**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are looking for a Property Inventory Clerk to join our team. We offer a range of property services to a variety of clientele to include: Estate Agents, Property Management firms, Landlords and Tenants etc.

Our services include:

- Inventory/Check In’s
- Check outs
- Mid-term inspections
- Floor Plans

**THE ROLE**

The role involves conducting thorough comprehensive property inventory inspections on residential properties across London/Greater London.

You will be reporting on the décor, condition and cleanliness of each property, prior to tenancies and post tenancies.

You must have a good eye and impeccable attention to detail as the role involves identifying damages and defects.

You will be required to dictate your findings and take photos/videos to support your evaluation.

You will also be involved in conducting other services such as: Floorplans, Property viewings and other business operations.

**WAGES AND EXPENSES**

£95.00 per day

Free travel on the days you work - Zones 1-3

**TRAINING**

Full training provided

**REQUIREMENTS**

Driving license and a car are not required, you will be travelling on public transport

We are looking for organised, self motivated and hard working professionals with excellent communication skills

Excellent attention to detail is required

Excellent verbal/written ability

Property experience required
