**Role Summary**

As industry appetite for Virtual Production (VP) grows, Dimension Studio have found themselves being catapulted from a team of super nerds who like making VR games, to Hollywood hot property. We have a great collaborative ‘small team’ mentality and love what we do.

As we scale to meet the demands of recent projects, we’re looking for a talented Production Coordinator, who can focus primarily on the on-set, shoot aspect of our Virtual Production pipelines.

You’ll have experience within long form productions (drama or features) as a Production Coordinator, or even an experienced Production Assistant looking to make the move up.

Offering support direct to the Producer, HOD’s and MD’s, you’ll need to be super organised. You’ll be the first point of contact for all on-set activities and logistics, as well as being responsible for the flow of internal information. Decks, budget reconciliations, movement orders, and call sheets will all fall under your remit. They must be functional, intuitive, and look delicious.

Please note that extended periods of time will be spent on-set.
**Responsibilities**
- Support the Producer across multiple projects from pre-production to shoot wrap.
- Aid channels of communication with all on set departments.
- Supporting the department Leads and Supervisors.
- Ensure task trackers and bug databases are maintained and improved where applicable.
- Support in creating decks that will be distributed to crew and clients.
- Maintaining budgets.
- Arranging travel and accommodation for Dimension staff.
- Recording notes in meetings and distributing accordingly.
- Implementation of production best practices.
- Show leadership skills with junior members of staff.
- Ensure the high quality standards and expectations of the Dimension studio are met across all projects.

**Desirable experience / skills**
- 2yrs + experience within a production role.
- On-set experience on large scale productions.
