And now we want you to join our lifesaving team. We are looking for a **Personal Assistant **to support 3 members of our Senior Leadership Team.

**Title: Personal Assistant**

**Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)**

**Contract: Permanent**

**Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)**

**Location**:Hybrid between home and head office in Hampstead, London**

As the Personal Assistant, you will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Chief Officers responsible for our Engagement, Strategy and Technology divisions across the full range of their work, ensuring all outputs meet required deadlines and quality.

You will be responsible for coordinating departmental meetings (internal and external), ensuring diaries and mailboxes are managed efficiently, raising purchase orders and dealing with invoices for the Engagement, Strategy & Technology divisions, among other general administrative tasks for the Chief Officers and their divisional leadership teams as required.

You will bring extensive experience of being a PA to a senior manager, the ability to manage competing schedules and priorities with a problem-solving approach, prior experience of raising and processing POs, and a general enthusiasm and energy to build strong working relationships across the organisation and support the Chief Officers in all logístical and administrative tasks.
