Conveyancing Administration Assistant

We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join our Residential Conveyancing team based in our Fulwood office.
The prime role of the Conveyancing Assistant is to provide direct support to those in the department to enable it to operate at optimum efficiency. This will include but not be limited to the following:
- To prepare correspondence and documents in the case management system, including Land Registry Applications.
- To administer filing, which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client matters.
- To prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch.
- To arrange for all copying to be done when requested.
- To attend to clients both in person and on the telephone and to provide such support in a professional and friendly manner.
- To take telephone calls from other parties and deal with the query or issue the call relates to professionally.
- To carry out such other tasks as are commensurate with the role and to support the head of the department and fee earners as needed.
- To undertake any specific training when required to do so and overall to have a responsibility towards self development.
