Customer Service Administrator

An opportunity has arisen to join a successful global business based in the Aldridge area as a Customer Service Representative. Working with UK clients, you will become an account manager for a portfolio of clients.
Duties of the role include;
- Completing a training schedule including time spent in Germany
- Accurately putting orders on the system
- Handle any order queries and aftersales queries
- Dealing with any delivery issues and complaints
Ideally you will have;
- An analytical approach and moderate experience with Excel
- Minimum of GCSE level Maths
- Good attention to detail and level of accuracy
Working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, office based 4 days a week in the Aldridge area. Paying a starting salary of 20,500, with a progression plan in place to increase this over an agreed period of time. Free parking available on site and close to bus routes in the Aldridge area.
Full product and system training will be provided, ideally with the successful applicant travelling to Germany for 2 weeks of training within their first month of employment.
