**CRM Functional Consultant**
**Hybrid**
**£55,000 - £60,000 + benefits**
**We are looking for aCRM Functional Analyst to join our client on a permanent basis, the role will be hybrid and you will be expected in the office 1-2 days per week**
**You will drive user adoption of the CRM platform and support users through the follow-up and resolution of their cases and queries.**
**The role**:
- Assess relevant business needs and leverage the CRM platforms to drive sales
- Analyse the customers' requirements and translate into technical / functional specs
- Provide technical and functional support to CRM users
- Identify best solutions available or to be implemented within the managed CRM platforms
**Experience / skills required**:
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics and / or Salesforce
- Able to translate and review business requirements, identify issues and generate possible solutions, preferably with full project lifecycle experience
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Strong, clear communication skills
