We are looking for a Receptionist/Telephone Operator to join our friendly and supportive Orthodontic team. We are a well-known NHS and Private Orthodontic practice in the heart of Wembley close proximity to the Stadium.

Our practice is looking for a talented Receptionist/Telephone Operator, with the ability to multi-task, you will be dedicated, organised and efficient; able to deliver an outstanding patient experience using exceptional customer-service telephony and receptionist skills.

The role would suit someone who has previously been in a customer service role or is an administrator that enjoys detailed work and speaking to patients.

**Receptionist/Telephone Operator Job Duties**:
Receptionist/Telephone Operators have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include;
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls to answer questions, refer patients to other departments, or to our sister practice in Ealing.
- Responding to incoming calls in an appropriate manner, based on call type and content.
- Performing clerical tasks such as filing or data entry.
- Providing information about our products or services face to face/over the phone, including scheduling appointments.
- Assisting with internal communications by answering phones and relaying messages to certain staff members within the Organisation.
- Providing post-call follow-up to ensure that patients have been satisfied with their experience.

**Salary**: £23-£25K (dependent upon experience)

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
