**About Us**
Cafe Coho is an independent coffee company rooted in Brighton, known for our great coffee, brunches, and welcoming atmosphere. Our Queens Road site, located next to Brighton Station, is currently being refurbished and expanded to include a new takeaway hatch offering specialty coffee and street food - it's an exciting time to join the team.

**The Role**
We’re looking for a **Supervisor** who’s ready to take the next step in their career. Working closely with the management team, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations, staff support, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with leadership experience in hospitality who is hungry to learn, grow, and eventually step into a **Coffee Shop Manager** role.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team during busy shifts
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and product quality
- Support stock control, ordering, and daily operations
- Deliver a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers and team alike
- Act as a key holder and support opening/closing duties
- Be proactive in solving problems and improving systems
- Learn and contribute to management tasks, including rota planning and cost control

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience as a supervisor or senior barista in a busy hospitality setting
- Passion for specialty coffee and high-quality food
- Strong communication and people skills
- A calm and confident presence under pressure
- Eagerness to take on more responsibility and grow into a management role
- A positive, team-focused attitude and a sense of pride in your work

Pay: £11.44-£15.07 per hour
