**Trainee RF Engineer - Outside Broadcast**
We’ve partnered up with NEP UK, the leading provider of outside broadcast, fixed rig and remote production solutions, as they are looking to onboard 2 new Trainee RF Engineers to join the team working on major events worldwide, including The Premier League,British Horse Racing, Formula 1, Love Island and much more
This is an exciting RF Engineering opportunity to start your career in a well-respected but growing department within a leading and global OB brand. You will have the chance to be part of a team of RF Engineers, supporting the continued development of aWireless Camera brand within NEP.
**Responsibilities -**
- To be excited about the broadcast industry and working within some of the largest TV events in the UK and around the world.
- To learn about the latest broadcast technology and to push yourself forward.
- To say 'Yes - I’ll give that a go’.
- Assist with day-to-day departmental prep work.
- Build and test broadcast systems for deployment on OBs.
- Further your knowledge of general RF and broadcast equipment.
- Become proficient in the deployment of RF equipment on site as require.
**Skills and Qualifications -**
- An interest in electronics/networking/technology/coding would be desirable, but not required.
- Math’s and English to an accepted standard.
- Any technical qualifications/interests considered.
- Logical thought process and ability to work well under pressure.
- Flexible attitude.
- Ability to use initiative.
- Good time management skills and ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Full clean UK driving license and access to a vehicle (required).
