Role Purpose:
Key Outcomes:
- Support the delivery of regular testing of all components of the Operational Resilience programme and conducts analysis on the results.- Manage and maintain a schedule of regular testing of all components of the Operational Resilience programme and conducts analysis on the results.- Manage local and major incidents and support the Operational Resilience Business Partners, Global Crisis Management Manager and Head of Operational Resilience in the management of major and crisis level incidents. These may include impacts to our people, processes, clients, customers or shareholders.- Undertake analysis to identify opportunities to mitigate, manage or remove risks which threaten our ability to continue to operate during an incident or interruption.- Develop, implement and manage our agreed controls to govern existing effectiveness and alignment with ISO22301, client and Regulator obligations. Make all recovery information available annually for external audit requirements to provide control reports for client reporting and due diligence.- Develop, implement and manage our agreed controls to govern existing effectiveness of Important Business Services in line with Regulatory obligations.- Lead and Deliver policy, risk and compliance activities including policy returns, control self-assessments, risk assessments and risk logging and tracking.- Contribute to both internal and external audits, including review of collated material to ensure all compliance requirements are sufficiently covered.- Provide regular updates to Operational Resilience Business Partners, as and when required, for reporting requirements such as Board papers, Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process and Security Resilience and Protection programme planning and reporting and more.- Promote global awareness of Operational Resilience policy, framework, standards, plans, processes and roles and responsibilities.- Lead on specific projects which require Operational Resilience guidance- Engagement with internal and external parties in their response to resilience requirements

Core Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Recognised resilience certification or qualification e.g., Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI) or accredited ISO22301 Auditor (Or desire to reach this level of certification.)- Knowledge of control and risk management processes, the ability to frame decisions in terms of risk and make risk judgements.- Excellent planning skills and high level of organisation and discipline to meet specific targets and objectives.- Able to work with others in the organisation; able to build relationships and trust; excellent communication skills, both in presentation and writing, to technology- Excellent contribution management and people development skills and experience
