Our newly refurbished Newport office offers free onsite parking. Our office is equipped with high tech coffee machines and other free perks such as tea, breakfast items (cereals and fruit) and lots more. We really go above and beyond to ensure our staff are looked after.

The role is hybrid meaning 2 days in the office (Tuesday and Wednesday) 3 days from home offering the flexibility to suit your life This team offers flexibility around hours, with the majority of the team working 08:00-16:00.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Assisting in the provision of transaction processing services to one or a number of clients.
- Being responsible for defined core administrative, operational and/or technical activities.
- Providing a range of routine services often as part of a team including resolving queries, escalating as necessary, and logging as appropriate.
- Scheduling and prioritising allocated work on a daily basis.
- Identifying and suggesting areas of improvement.
- Maintaining and updating information held on a data base or manually.
- Printing/posting data, reports, and invoices daily.

**What you’ll bring**:

- The ability to work in a team or other structured environment
- Being articulate and able to maintain good relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Working accurately and timely in the delivery of task
- Being an effective problem solver
- Having excellent organisational skills
- Being computer literate with basic Microsoft office experience (word and office)

**It would be great if you had**:

- Previous administrative experience
- The ability to navigate around and understand use of relevant systems
- The delivery of high-quality customer service in a professional manner, creating trust and confidence
