Within the role you will play a crucial role supporting our team of Paraplanners and Financial Advisers in looking after our clients to give them first class service. Typical daily responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the Technical, Financial Advisers and their own team in the implementation of new business and administration services for existing clients
- Keep the CRM system up to date.

**Experience required**

You will be the sort of individual that always provides exceptional customer service, is highly organised and capable of paying attention to detail. Given the nature of the work the role entails it is important that you can follow step-by-step processes accurately but also meet deadlines to ensure we meet our client’s expectations.

Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
