**Customer Service Officer

Reporting to the Administration Manager you will take on the responsibility of investigation and administrative tasks for street works related charges and defects. Providing excellent service to our Customers and Highway Authorities. This is a home based position, with limited travel involved.

**What you’ll do**:

- Follow the Compliance processes through to completion for fixed penalty notices, section 74 invoices, rectification of highway authority defects and associated inspection fees, as well as any other miscellaneous street works charges.
- Work closely with Regional Street Works Managers/Officers and Commercial Department in analysis and reduction of street works costs.
- Achieve and maintain both productivity and quality targets.
- Achieve and consistently maintain both productivity and quality targets.

**Who you are**:
A proactive, self-starter with experience working in a fast paced administration role. Any Telecoms / Streetworks knowledge is a bonus.

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience within an administration role
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office packages.
- A team player with the ability to work on their own initiative.
