- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a thorough understanding of our silver jewellery collections, including materials, designs, and care instructions, to effectively assist customers and answer their inquiries.
- **Sales Techniques**: Utilize effective sales techniques to promote products and achieve sales targets.
- **Handling Transactions**: Accurately process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges while maintaining a balanced cash register.
- **Professional Behavior**: Exhibit professionalism and a positive attitude at all times, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
