Our client is one of Europe’s leading comms consultancies, working across a range of areas including PR, policy, public affairs, and advocacy. They are extremely well-respected and renowned in their field; and have one of the most diverse clients lists inthe industry We are truly excited to partner with them to hire an ambitious, Strategist or Research Manager to join their growing Strategy & Insights team. This is a new an upcoming space in Communications, hence looking for a proactive, hands-on individuallooking for their next challenge.

**Role overview**

As a strategist you play a key role of bringing clarity to the complex. You will help plan, guide, and support teams across the Group to deliver compelling strategic arguments powered by data and insight. You will be ready to provide support and strategicadvice (depending on experience) to clients and teams across public affairs, public relations, corporate and consumer communications as well as on creative consumer/ integrated campaigns.

**Responsibilities of the Strategist or Research Manager**
- Managing multiple projects across a range of methodologies (qualitative, quantitative - including digital analysis), and you will be supported by two researchers in delivering them.
- Responsible for guiding junior researchers and analyst
- Present research and analysis findings with confidence, making powerful presentations and drawing clear recommendations to clients, and prospective clients

**Skills & Experience Required of the Strategist or Research Manager**
- Proven track record of working in a relevant role
- Have research/ analytics experience and a point of view on the role of data and analytics in strategic planning and creative concepting and execution
- Have experience or exposure to measurement and campaign evaluation, be mindful about our ability to prove the solutions we present to clients
- Be driven to deliver excellent work for your teams and your clients, always striving for best-in-class support
