Hospitality Management Programme

We are seeking ambitious individuals to join our team under our hospitality leadership programme at The Lock Keeper Marstons.
The programme is designed to develop future leaders in the hospitality industry. As a participant in the programme you will have the opportunity to work in all areas of the business to grasp a full understanding of running the day to day basics, gaining valuable experience.
You will also receive training and support to develop your leadership skills and management techniques.
Earn while you learn As you will be learning on the job, you will be paid hourly and receive your pay weekly
Areas Of Learning:
- How to safely and efficiently open and close a hospitality premises.
- Team leadership and self management.
- Ordering & managing stock.
- Forecasting & planning employee rotas.
- Understanding budgets and daily profit management.
- Dealing with guest queries and complaints.
- Atmosphere management.
- Hotel front desk management.
- Cash management & banking.
- Safe & legal compliance management.
You will start out at level one as a shift leader, completing assignments and e-learnings alongside OTJ training to progress to supervisor, where you will receive a pay increase and a new set of assignments and e-learning and you will take on more responsibility within the business, once complete you will be assigned the assistant manager learning and take hold of a marstons business for 7 days to test your learning.
Certificates Gained:
- Level 1 food safety in catering
- Level 2 food safety in catering
- Personal License (After 8 months service)
- Level 3 managing food safety
- Level 3 managing health & safety
- Fire safety management
- Allergy management & awareness
- First aid
- Managing business finances

**Salary**: Up to £11.75 per hour
