Unlike other lettings and property agents, we know our properties inside and out, because we have a personal interest in all the properties and land we let - we ensure that they are well-cared for, maintained and fully functional and suitable for our customers' needs.
**The role**:
You and your small team will be responsible for:
- Reacting to all incoming repair reports from tenants.
- Liaising with and instructing contractors on works, to include estimate requests and reports etc.
- Utilising our systems and property management database to maintain accurate and comprehensive maintenance records, and to issue works
- Instructing routine maintenance works and overseeing associated projects
- Administering our gas, electric, CO and EPC obligations ensuring the properties are legally compliant
- Processing invoices and quality control of works completed within 28 days.
As head of the department, you will motivate and drive your team to achieve the best possible outcomes for our customers and provide high levels of customer service at all times.

**Full-time hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, with one day per week 10am - 6.30pm. Alternate Saturdays 9am-1pm**

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
