**Admin Assistant**
Allenby & Todd is a busy firm of financial advisers based in Cleethorpes with a national client base. We specialise in pension transfers & investments. We pride ourselves on offering holistic advice with an ongoing bespoke service to our clients.
We are a small business who are seeking honesty, loyalty and commitment. We are looking for an admin assistant to manage the pension annual reviews complying with the current regulations.
**The primary duties and responsibilities include**:
You will be working closely with the Financial Advisers in order to provide clients with a professional and seamless ongoing experience. As well as providing the Financial Advisers with full administration support.
- Working closely with the Financial Advisers providing full administration support
- Responding to enquires and requests for information
- Scheduling and managing the Office Diary
- Prepare and Generate Clients annual reports, inputting data onto the Xplan database and corresponding directly with clients
- Processing clients’ annual reviews, inputting data
**Skills and qualifications**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organisational skills
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload effectively
- Customer service skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues
- Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively
