Oddfellows Hotels are seeking an **Accounts Assistant **to join the accounts team based at the Oddfellows on the Park in Bruntwood Park, Cheadle.

Reporting directly to and working closely with our Collection Financial Controller, we are looking for a motivated and diligent individual with a superb attention to detail. You will have experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel environment using Sage 200 and be a proficient user of Excel.

Duties will include:
Invoice processing

Reconciliations of supplier and commission statements

Matching invoices delivery notes, checking price/quantity and ensuring shortages and damages have been reported

Dealing with supplier queries

Preparation of supplier payment run

Generation of Purchase Orders

Cash book processing

Bank Reconciliation

You’ll be motivated, enthusiastic and interested in a long term role within the hospitality industry.

This is a part time role working Monday to Friday. Salary dependant on experience.
