**About the role**:
Evolve is one of the largest providers of dementia and complex care within the Southwest and is involved in various projects partnering with like-minded organisations and initiatives, all with the same vision - to better the lives of all that live in adult social care.
We are looking to create a new role for a Research Administrator who can support our operational care specialists with research and administration tasks. The research, along with our specialist knowledge base of dementia and complex care, will help create better lives for people living with complex needs.
This role is varied, exciting and offers an opportunity for early career progression.
**Experience**:
Experience in health care is not required, we do ask however that you have experience in delivering or supporting research, devise and manage systems for collecting and reporting information as required, manage and enter research data accurately using databases and spreadsheets and has some experience in participating in department meetings.

**Where you’ll be working**:
Our spacious Bristol office is home to 30 diverse team members each contributing to the positive work culture, strong teamwork, having passion for what they do and sharing in Evolve’s vision and values (excellence, people-driven, integrity, compassion).
We are incredibly fortunate to have a stunning lake within the grounds which is great for some lunch-time fresh air and team summer BBQ’s and have a coffee shop opposite which keeps us fuelled throughout the day
The office has 3 floors, one floor dedicated purely for our accredited training sessions which is open to all 850 team members who are spread across the wider Evolve care group.
