**NPI Program Manager**

One of the UK's leading specialist engineering companies are looking to bring on a methodical and innovative individual to join them as a NPI Program Manager (New Product Innovation). As a Program Manager you will be putting together detailed resource andfinancial plans, tracking outstanding work to be completed, setting deadlines and delegating tasks to your project teams, as well as identifying, and managing any potential risks.

In this position, you will be responsible for the teams completing the project work in line with the plans, within a program and reporting progress to senior managers. You will be initiating and managing multiple projects, carrying them from the planningto completion. This would see you overseeing the delivery of projects to time, cost, and quality.

**Your Role with Us**:

- End-to-end project management, from the initiation, to delivery, to its completion
- Reporting into the Senior Program Manager, this role will have full accountability for key strategic engineering development projects, ensuring delivery to time, cost, and quality.
- Carrying out robust project planning - this will include setting team goals and project objectives, defining roles and producing schedules and timelines for tasks in accordance with the needs of the business
- Leading and motivating your project team
- Working with the Sector Head of Engineering to review project priorities, undertake impact assessments, and explain the strategic importance of project delivery in relation to the overall performance of the business
