We are seeking an accomplished
QA Manager
to lead the
quality assurance and testing
of complex
credit

risk decisioning programmes
within the
retail banking
domain. In this senior role, you will define and

execute the
end-to-end QA strategy
, ensuring that all credit risk systems and processes meet the highest

standards of quality, compliance, and performance.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Strong background in
    retail banking
    ,
    credit risk
    , and
    decisioning logic
    .
  • Hands-on expertise in
    SAS programming
    for data validation, test data creation, and analysis.
  • Proficiency in
    Excel
    , QA/testing tools, and exposure to
    test automation / CI/CD
    .
  • Proven success leading large-scale QA programmes with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
