**Our Housekeeping department is looking for a Room Attendant to join their team. This role is a key one for the team as you will act as a hotel ambassador and always deliver a fantastic service to meet and exceed guests’ expectations and ensure guest satisfaction.**

Initially it is a series of lifestyle retreat hotels, based a stone’s throw from a city, enabling city residents the opportunity to escape and play but not needing to jump in the car for hours, our second property set in 200 Acres with 180 bedrooms is based 30 minutes from London Bridge.

**Responsibilities**
- To act as an ambassador for the hotel. Be brave and open.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to all hotel departments
- Drive Housekeeping KPIs related to quality (TripAdvisor, Google+, etc.), be positive and look around
- Highlight departmental issues
- Complete mandatory trainings, and be aware of hotel policies
- Flexibility with a variety of shifts as per business needs
- Respond to a variety of difficult work situations
- Always convey hotel culture and values
- Engage with guests, members, VIPS as a true ambassador: smile and act natural
- Be curious about our guests, build relationships, and leave them wanting to come back
- Own guests’ feedback, whether that’s good or bad, share it with the team. If things go bad, do something about it. If they go well, celebrate
- Treat everyone with genuine care
- Encourage and facilitate opportunities to play an active role in helping our local community to fulfill their potential
