- the support of the company's ERP system (Efacs E8)
- Up to 70% of the role to be dedicated to the continued development of the ERP system
- Meeting the growing business needs through requirements gathering and writing clear specifications for development
- working with the wider IT team - passing specs for development and liaising on support requests
- minor system customisation and report writing
- data analysis and manipulation
- systems testing
- ad-hoc analysis as required
- liaison with users at all levels both face to face and via phone/Teams
- Project management and coordination of system changes
