**Assist Security** are looking for **exceptional security professionals** with excellent **customer service** and **immaculate presentation** to work at London’s most **prestigious 5-star hotel**. The hotel is located in the heart of London next to Hyde Park Corner.

Assist Security are currently recruiting for a officer to work in the loading bay area within the hotel. We are therefore interested in hearing from people with previous experience of working in a similar environment. You must have the ability and be willing to adapt to an evolving working environment.

**Pay Rate**:
£11.30 an hour **PAYE**

**Shift Pattern**:
Monday to Saturday

**Shift Times**:
Day Shift - 06:00 to 14:00

Night Shift - 18:00 to 06:00

**Minimum Requirements**

**1 years’ experience working within a 5* Hotel or Luxury industries**
- A valid DS licence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time-keeping and record keeping.
- Be responsive to the client’s needs and work in partnership with the client and other suppliers to support the delivery of the services
- Must be able to work under pressure, be able to make decisive decisions during incidents and difficult situations
- Strong knowledge of site processes and procedures
- Aptitude for learning and development
- Professional & Personable
- Immaculate Presentation
- Right to Work in the UK
- 5-Year employment history

**Preferred Requirements**
- Proven experience in Front of House/customer service or relevant role is an advantage
- Bi-Lingual
- ACT
- Conflict management training
- Emergency First Aid

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Monitor and control loading bay area.
- Collecting and Recording all deliveries to the building and hand them over to the relevant departments.
- Monitoring suspicious behaviours / packages and be aware of bomb and terror threat procedures.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety regulations
- Assist third-party visitors / contractors with any deliveries.
- Respond to accidents and assist guest and drivers / employees during emergency situations / evacuations
- Defuse guests’ disturbances and escort them off the property if necessary.
- Maintaining systems that monitor contractors working in and around the hotel according to the company health and safety policies.
- Maintaining systems that record the issues and receipts of departmental keys, items loaned out to members of staff.
- Maintain the security logbook and incident reports.
- Conduct investigations, gather evidence, bag searched following a report of misconduct, discrepancies, or violations immediately.
- Assist staff investigating and report of any allegations of theft, criminal damage, and other incidents to supervisor at the hotel and to your operations manager.
- Complete required shift reports and maintain confidentiality of all loss prevention documents.
