We are looking for a Loading Bay Security Officer to join us at our client site in London. Our client is one of the largest pedestrianised communities around, with modern offices, retail, food and drink outlets all in one place. Alongside this are modern gardens giving the site a unique feel.

As a Loading Bay Security Officer you are an integral part of the team and you can make an impact with your skills to protect, deter and respond to any security matters, whilst providing an exceptional customer service experience.

This role will be responsible for delivering the command-and-control function using control room systems, processes and procedures at any client based control room. You provide a proactive and effective security over watch of the assigned client buildings and public realm.

**A typical day in the life as a Loading Bay Security Officer**:

- To deliver and control security as directed at the required building/post/area without compromise
- Assist team members, Property managers and your supervisors with all security related matters
- To deliver EDGE at every opportunity
- All visitors, occupiers and staff are welcomed to your building with a smile and professionalism
- Ensure that all incidents are reported, recorded, and responded to as required.
- Respond to all incidents as directed by the Supervisor or control room operator. Ensure you are clear as to the instruction and detail before proceeding to the area or incident.
- Work safely and with care. Behave responsibly and act with confidence and authority.
- To carry out Tracktic patrols and checks as instructed, ensuring that all equipment and access points are as they should be.
- Ensure that all equipment is looked after, serviceable and monitored and report defects in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Compilation of all incident reports when requested.
- Ensure building / access pass requests are actioned promptly.
- Carry out searches if required, patrols, access control and other reasonable management requests in a professional manner.
