**What does the role involve?**:
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager you will be a key member of the Consumer Finance Marketing Team. Conducting deep research into the Personal Loans market, you will identify behaviours and keyword opportunities, then create and manage website content to ensure we compete effectively for these across search channels. You will monitor and analyse our search rankings and understand the impacts of these on our ongoing organic revenues.

This is a hybrid role - 2 days per week in Leeds Office

**Some of your key duties will include**:

- Own, manage and execute a robust SEO content strategy for Novuna Consumer Finance (primarily for Personal Finance Loans (B2C) but occasionally for Retail Finance (B2B) areas).
- Contribute to the development and delivery of the Consumer Finance Marketing Plan.
- Act as a brand guardian, helping support customer UX across various mediums including collateral and digital platforms.

**What are we looking for?**:
You are highly creative and analytical person with the ability to write compelling content to generate traffic and engagement to our website. You have experience as a creative content writer who loves to generate ideas and enjoys seeing the results of their efforts. As well as first-class writing skills, you'll come with an in depth knowledge of SEO and be comfortable working to deadlines.

Also, we're looking for the following:

- Experience in SEO tools such as Semrush and Google Analytics
- Be able to analyse SEO statistics and monitor the impact of changes.
- A ‘brand guardian' who is passionate about customer service
- Able to write clear, impactful and original web content, tailored to a specific audience.
- Strong research and investigative skills.
