Now, we are looking for a Senior SEO Executive to join our innovative marketing team to help drive growth.

Working remotely and reporting directly to our Strategic Digital Manager, Matt, you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the SEO strategy, which will include reviewing and performing keyword research, content optimisation, and backlink development.

Collaboration is key at EMIS, so as a Senior SEO Executive you will work proactively with the content, CRM, and sales media teams to deliver and shape the SEO strategy.

**What you’ll do**

As a Senior SEO Executive, your key duties will include:

- Working with the Strategic Digital Manager to further develop and deliver the SEO strategy and grow site traffic.
- Own the creative process of generating, developing, and curating new user acquisition and traffic-generating SEO strategy and/or campaigns.
- Ensure that SEO strategy is validated against key objectives, data insights, and results-based practices.
- Help to manage organic optimisation and development of content roadmap via keyword research using SEO best practice.
- Support the SEO team and review the junior SEO execs’ keyword research, content optimisation, and backlink development workstreams.
- Assist in data analysis - ensuring that all activity is tracked within Google Analytics and SemRush

**Who you’ll be**

We want to make sure you’re set for success so the key skills we’re looking for in the role are below. We know not everyone ticks all the boxes and we’ll provide training on some of the areas if you’re the right person for the role.
- Previous experience in a similar SEO or digital marketing position.
- Passion and talent for SEO strategy and implementation (on-page, off-page/outreach, and technical), with a robust SEO skillset to back it.
- Familiar with SemRush, Google Analytics, ScreamingFrog, Exponea, Search Console, or similar large-scale SEO/Digital Marketing tools.
- Excellent literacy and communication skills.
- A broad understanding or practical experience of multiple digital marketing channels (e.g. PPC/Social/PR/Content/CRM).
- Growth mindset and initiative-based approach to tasks and challenges.
