**Compliance and Data Protection Analyst**

**Monday to Friday 9am-5pm**

**Salary £35,000 - £40,000 (DOE)**

**3 days working from their London office, 2 days working from home (this may change overtime)**

Our client is looking for a compliance and data protection analyst to join their fantastic team. This role will directly support the Head of Compliance and Data Protection Officer. This is a hybrid role mixing both Data Security, Information Governance andRegulatory Compliance.

**Compliance**

- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Head of compliance.
- Coordinate and support the Head of Compliance with Regulatory returns for the CBI, MFSA and PRA.
- Assist with general compliance regulations, maintaining registers and creating reports where necessary, for example complaints registers and quarterly reports for the board.
- Collaboratively complete new corporate client Questionnaires, gathering data across the organisation to report on varying aspects such as ICT security, GDPR and HR processes.
- Provide administrative support for compliance projects.
**Information Governance**

- Take a lead role on Information Governance (Data Protection, Environmental information regulations requirements) for the Company collaborating with external advisors, as necessary.
- Collaboratively complete new corporate client Questionnaires, gathering data across the organisation to report on varying aspects such as ICT security, GDPR and HR processes.
- Perform administrative tasks for all on-going projects.
- Liaise with senior management and key personnel within the business to gather relevant information and documentation for all business stakeholders
- Support with administration of training, workshops, and general education of data protection & security, and regulatory compliance across the business.
**Data Protection**

- Assist the Data Protection Officer with audits and regular checks across the business.
- Support routine assessments to help the business understand the risk to the business.
- Support the Data Protection Officer with monitoring across the business to ensure we remain compliant with GDPR and other relevant laws in relation to data protection & security
- Provide administrative support for all data protection checks, record follow up actions and ensure the issues are rectified.
- Assist on privacy impact assessments and the investigation of potential data breaches in support of the DPO
- Assist with ensuring that the privacy policies and other knowledge management related policies are kept up to date.
