**Job Title: Print Room Team Leader**
**Location**: Milton Keynes
**Hours**: Monday to Thursday 9:00am - 5:30pm, Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm
**Salary**: £26,500 per annum
**Holiday**: 23 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)

**About the Role**

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Print Room Team Leader** to lead and oversee daily operations in our garment printing department. You will be responsible for managing production workflows using **DTF (Direct to Film)**, **Heat Transfer**, and **DTG (Direct to Garment)** printing technologies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee all daily operations in the print room, ensuring timely and high-quality output
- Operate and maintain DTF, DTG, and Heat Transfer printing equipment
- Lead and support a small production team, delegating tasks and ensuring productivity
- Quality check garments at all stages of production
- Manage stock of print consumables and liaise with purchasing when required
- Monitor and improve workflow efficiency
- Train new team members in printing techniques and machine operation
- Ensure health and safety protocols are followed at all times
- Troubleshoot and resolve print/machine issues with mínimal downtime
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. design, dispatch) to ensure smooth order flow

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with DTF, DTG, and Heat Transfer printing
- Strong understanding of garment decoration techniques and file preparation
- Confident in managing and motivating a small team
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Organised, reliable, and able to work to deadlines
- Willingness to be hands-on and adaptable within a fast-paced environment

**What We Offer**
- Competitive salary of £26,500 per annum
- Working hours: Mon-Thu 9:00am-5:30pm, Fri 9:00am-4:00pm
