Are you interested in working with children in a school setting with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? Leader Education is excited at the opportunity to provide expert Team Teach and CPD training to trainees, with the potential to go on to long term work in our partnered schools across West & South Yorkshire. **What Leader Education can offer**: **Free Team Teach training (Worth over £200)-** "Team Teach positive behaviour training courses provide a holistic approach to managing behaviour for individuals and organisations working with children and adults, including health and social care settings. Our accredited, award-winning training helpsyour organisation build strong relationships and transform challenging situations into positive outcomes. We focus on teamwork and communication, to foster supportive working practices and recognise the needs of distressed individuals." **Free CPD training including**: - Teaching Assistant Level 2 - Safeguarding - SEND Certification - Learning Disabilities Awareness Certification - and many more To be considered for the training you will have ideally have worked with children in school setting for at least 6 months, however we will consider trainees with a background in any of the following areas: - Youth Work - Support Worker - Adults/Children - Sports Coaching - Prison Education - Childcare - Summer Camps - Cadets - Ex Forces We have limited spaces available. This course is FREE to you, however, as a company it does cost us a lot of money to put the course on. This is an investment in our workers. Therefore, we are asking for £20.00 deposit to secure your place. You will be refundedthe £20 on successful completion of the course, however, if you are unable to attend on either of the training days, you will not receive a refund. This is to cover the costs we have put in place for this limited space course.
