Nunthorpe Nurseries are seeking an individual to travel between our 9 settings to check fees.

This will be on a flexible 3 day per week basis.

The job role will entail;
- Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies
- Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable (order amounts, discount rates etc.)
- Check the data bill amounts against registers to ensure accuracy of bills.
- Reissue invoices and bills and send them to customers if incorrect
- Send reminders for payments and contact customers who have bad debt.

Experience required.
- Previous accounting experience
- Good organisation skills
- Excel experience
- Strong communication skills.
- Car driver
- You will be DBS checked.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Middlesbrough: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Accounts Receivable: 1 year (preferred)
- Debt collection: 1 year (preferred)
