Sick of cold leads? Are you doing loads of outbound with little response? Perhaps you're looking to get into sales and want your first role to be with someone who will support you to reach realistic targets?

How about joining an **employee benefits provider **who is looking to add you to their growing sales team. This is a field sales role where you will be provided with appointments so **no cold calling**. You will be talking to customers face to face about a state-of-the-art employee benefits app and the additional insurance benefits they can take out.

Location - Fully open on your location - This will be a field sales role so you will travel around the UK with frequent overnight stays

Salary - £25,500 + uncapped commission - 1st year £35,000 OTE, 2nd year £40,000+ OTE - plus company car, fuel card, enhanced pension, and many other amazing benefits

They are open to your work experience and background, and it is more about finding the right person. You need to be competitive, money motivated, driven, personable, and want to progress within sales.

As this is a field sales role you need to hold a full UK driving licence for at least 2 years and have no more than 3 points. You must be comfortable with travel and overnight stays (all this will be expensed), hours may also vary.

If successful you will be on a 2 week training course residential in Milton Keynes (Mon-Fri) where accommodation, food, and travel are all paid for.
