Cleaning Supervisor

Job Introduction
As a **Sterile Services Assistant** at Sodexo in **Hereford County Hospital,** You will have great attention to detail and be fastidious about cleanliness. You will be responsible for carrying out daily tasks in line with the attached job description. Creating a pristine environment for the well-being and safety of staff and visitors. **What you’ll do**:

- Maintain a good working relationship with all groups of staff whose clinical activities are supported by Sterile Services Department.
- Replenishing and transport stock and clinical items when required
- Ensure a safe working environment throughout your area of responsibility and comply with all Company and Client policies and procedures, and statutory regulations, including health and safety, safe working practices, hygiene, cleanliness, fire, COSHH. This will include your awareness of any specific hazards in your workplace.

**What you bring**:

- Previous experience preferred, but not essential
- Cheerful outlook and the ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect
- Ability to provide clear directions and respond accordingly to employees
- Capacity to work at a fast pace and adapt to change when needed
- A passion for health and safety
- Willingness to be open to learning and growing

Package Description
- **37.5** hours per week
- **Working**: Monday to Friday 6.00am - 2.00pm or 2.00pm to 10.00pm and weekends on rotation will be 10.00am - 6.00pm
- **£11.45 - £20.95 **per hour **+ Sodexo Benefits**:
