Position: Barista-Cafe Supervisor

Location: Hereford (HR4)

Hours: Part-Time, with the potential to transition to Full-Time.

Hourly Rate: £11.50 - £13.00

Starting Date: ASAP

Join our team, a family-owned new café in Hereford We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista-Chef Assistant to join our team for a part-time. This is a perfect position for someone who is passionate about coffee and excited to start a career in the F&B industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Brewing coffee, preparing food and drinks, and maintaining the cleanliness of the café.
- Provide excellent (5 star) customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and serving food & beverages.
- Engaging in promotional and marketing activities
- Managing cafe's day to day duties including cleaning and stock management

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 year of experience in a barista and cafe management role
- Experience and interest in cooking and latte art is highly advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills, with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player mindset.
- Quick learner, adaptable, and eager to take on new tasks while continuously learning.
