The Safety Advisors role is to manage client relationship and assist clients with implementation of best safe working practice

Personal Qualities:

- Organised with a very good attention to detail
- Comfortable with driving own vehicle
- Ability to manage and prioritise rapidly changing client’s requirements
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Nebosh qualification preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform site inspections as per agreed schedule with client
- Provide risk assessments and method statements to client’s requirements
- Maintain client visits and reviews
- Attend site meetings with client’s customers
- Complete safety documentation on client’s behalf
- Create site books and safety policies as per client requirements
- Assist in development of new arrangements, hazards, risk and coshh assessments
- Perform fire risk assessments
- Perform accident investigations
- Perform face fit testing
- Basic training / toolbox talks informing C2 Training of more complex requirements

The Fire Risk Assessors role is to manage client relationship and assist clients with carrying out their Fire Risk Assessments

Essential Criteria:

- Experience in customer service
- Good standard of literacy, demonstrated by your qualifications or work experience
- Good working knowledge of IT packages
- Excellent communication with the ability to communicate with customers
- Fire Safety Management qualification

Key Responsibilities:

- Book in customers for Fire Risk Assessments
- Establish and maintain appropriate administrative, manual and computerised filing systems
- Maintain records of work, and to prioritise work to meet external deadlines
- Assist with clerical tasks including processing of documents

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
