We are looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to work within our Cafe, serving our customers with the same enthusiasm and friendliness that we expect from all our staff.

**Locations**:Fforest Cafe Betws y Coed

**Pay**:£6.33 per hour for under 18's / £9.34 for over 18's

**Main Purpose of the Job**: To ensure customers receive a high-quality service.

**Hours**:Daytime shifts, operating 7 days a week, shifts available are mid-week and weekends.

**Your accountabilities are**:
Greeting customers as they arrive
Taking orders for food and drink
Serving food and drinks
Dealing with bill payments
Making sure tables are clean and tidy
Supporting service of functions and parties

**Essential Requirements and skills**

Customer service skills
The ability to work well with others
The ability to work well under pressure
To be thorough and pay attention to detail
Excellent verbal communication skills
A desire to help people
Active listening skills

Part-time hours: 24 per week
