A Bookkeeper/Payroller is being recruited on an exclusive basis for an established, reputable and growing professional bookkeeping bureau based in Poole.
Reporting to a Supervisor you will have responsibility for:

- accurate data entry of client information
- processing VAT returns across of variety of industries
- reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards including Shopify, PayPal and Amazon seller accounts
- processing payroll from start to finish including auto enrolment
- month end journals
- CIS payments and returns
- management accounts production when required
- balancing of intercompany loans
- some credit control
You will need to have previous bookkeeping, payroll and general accounts experience, together with knowledge of computerised accounts packages, particularly Xero which is used extensively along with Microsoft Office packages. You will need have good attentionto detail and self motivated to work to a high standard. You can progress within the company and there is regular in house training undertaken to support your development. This is a full time role but consideration would be given to part time hours (over 5days or 3 full days). Office based role, Covid safe, no remote working. Opportunity to increase salary as you learn more and meet certain milestones.
