Hours of Work : 08.30am till 4.30pm or 9.00am till 5.00pm with 30 minutes lunch.

The role of the Office Administrator is to support and manage the administrative activities of the Construction team. Main role is to assist the Head of Construction, his team and support other Directors to facilitate the effective running of the office, information sharing and other necessary activities. Ensuring that office environment is maintained to the appropriate quality and quantity, relevant records are up to date and all processes work effectively.
- Working for Head of Construction. Maintain their diary/calendar, arrange appointments, filing (digital and hard data) and other organisational duties.
- Support contracts managers and quantity surveyors with filing, cleansing date and site support.
- Print off drawings and project information on plotter and standard printing machines
- Support estimating team seeking supplier and subcontractor quotations for tenders.
- Assist marketing team undertaking client pre-qualification, tender and project information. Also support networking and promotional events.
- Support and assist with community and social value activities.
- Logging new contracts onto Sharepoint, checking correct filing as project progresses. Integrate with Procure site management app, ensuring data/projects are updated and correct at all times.
- Completion of prequalification assessments for SQ/PQQ and ITT for tenders, PQQ for Client Supply Chain and Health and Safety questionnaires.
- Manage company training for employees, liaise with CITB for funding, ensure certificates and training are updated on tracker. Highlight and arrange training before expiry of certification.
- Work with and for Office manager.
- Assist in the preparation, assembly and issue O&M manuals.
- Support Directors/Site staff as and when required.
**Key Attributes**
- At least intermediate levels in MS Word, Excel and Power point.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge or experience of working in construction sector.
- Lives near Brierley Hill office.
- Valid and current driving licence.
