Working with our various head office departments, stellar clinic teams and wonderful customer base, you will be part of the Clinic Success Team - an essential part of our business.

Your role will involve a combination of investigation, data analysis, reporting and system configuration. Working alongside our clinic and area managers you will help to identity training needs, contribute to new processes and help to bring them to life across the business.

**Job Role/Responsibilities and KPI's**:

- Provide analysis and the preparation of reports for senior management consumption.
- Identify patterns in customer/clinic issues, triage effectively, escalate critical issues and suggest improvements working in collaboration with our engineering, product and support operation teams.
- Internal support to Clinic Branches and Head Office.
- Conceptualize new processes and drive improvements to existing procedures.
- Logging, escalating, and tracking technical queries for customers and employees.
- Testing and evaluating new technology and services as part of a regular release schedule
- Management and maintenance of Business Systems.
- To take on new projects which the Company may assign you from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years experience with MS Office, particularly Excel
- 2-3 years experience working in a similar role.
- Dynamic team player who thrives in a multi disciplinary and multi cultural environment
- Excellent prioritisation, stakeholder management and time management skills
- Highly adaptable individual that responds positively to change in a fast-paced environment
- An inquisitive nature, data driven and creative approach to problem solving
- Acute attention to detail
