Hours: 28 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday on a shift rota between 7.30am and 7pm

Are you an experienced receptionist? Used to working within a Professional Services environment? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and professional receptionist to join our Business Operations team in our Leeds office. We need a positive, polite and smartindividual with a ‘can-do’ attitude and organised approach. Previous receptionist experience within a professional services environment will be highly beneficial to this role, however any receptionist with exceptional client service skills will be considered

As part of a team of receptionists, you will be dealing with people of all levels from support staff to Partners and both internal and external clients. The team work on a rota basis to maintain cover between 7.30am and 7.00pm, therefore proven experienceof working effectively in a team is essential.

**Receptionist - **Key Responsibilities:
This is a busy role where you will be given the opportunity to take ownership of client problems and help to resolve them. Although you’ll be working as part of a team, at times you will be managing reception on your own therefore you must be well-organised

**Receptionist - **You:
As you are the first point of contact for clients, it is essential that you are smart, presentable and have excellent English language skills. On a daily basis you will be dealing with individuals of all levels, therefore you must have excellent communicationskills and the ability to deliver excellent service to all clients. Excellent telephone and PC skills are a must, as these are key aspects of your day to day role.

On busier occasions there will be a high level of pressure, therefore you must be able to stay calm at all times You’ll need to be methodical, well-organised and be able to handle multiple tasks at once. This role is a busy and dynamic one where flexibilitymay be needed if overtime is required.
